These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nero4D platform and all services provided therein. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing Nero4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

All users must be aged 21 years or above to register and engage in real-money wagering on Nero4D. Proof of age is required during KYC verification. Underage accounts will be closed and all funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Nero4D. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts opened in a third party's name are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements vary by promotion — typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the point of offer.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Nero4D will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to protect their credentials.
Withdrawals are processed to verified Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets registered under the account holder's name. A minimum of one qualifying deposit is required before withdrawal. Verification of identity (KYC) must be completed.
Players are expected to gamble responsibly. Nero4D provides self-exclusion, deposit limit, and loss limit tools. If gambling is causing harm, players are encouraged to use these tools or seek assistance immediately.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Nero4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Nero4D website located at https://nero4d.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, lottery, 4D games, slot machines, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the Platform.
By creating a Nero4D account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Nero4D, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (as applicable), residential address, email address, and contact number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Nero4D will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Nero4D customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. The Operator will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. If a Player is found to have created multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds within those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from Bonus Funds.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Operator reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of MYR 30 per month to dormant accounts after providing reasonable prior notice to the Player's registered email address. Dormant accounts may be closed if the balance reaches zero.
Nero4D is required to conduct identity verification on all Players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during the operation of an account at the Operator's discretion.

The Operator will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. The Player will be notified of the outcome via email or in-platform notification. The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient.

All transactions on Nero4D are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. The Operator does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a cryptocurrency transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed.
Nero4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Common wagering multipliers offered on Nero4D range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply:

While Bonus Funds are active in a Player's account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is MYR 250, unless a promotion's specific terms state a different limit. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses have an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be met. The expiry window will be stated in each promotion's specific terms and is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Uncleared bonuses will be removed from the account balance upon expiry.
All wagers placed on Nero4D — whether on sports events, live dealer games, slot games, lottery, or 4D draws — are subject to the rules of the applicable game or betting market as displayed on the Platform at the time the wager is placed. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.
A wager is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number displayed on screen or via the Platform's bet confirmation system. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or void any wager that is placed as a result of a technical error, an obvious pricing error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or manipulative activity.
A wager may be declared void under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline; a technical fault causes an incorrect result to be displayed; there is clear evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing; or where a pricing error occurred that was evident to a reasonable bettor. Voided wagers will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing reduced limits on individual accounts where pattern betting or other unusual behaviour is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nero4D Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the Nero4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Platform software; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Nero4D Operator and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
A Player may close their Nero4D account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the Player to the Operator.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Operator.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator may withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and to return only verified Real Money Deposits after deducting any outstanding obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Nero4D Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — the Operator will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
